Donna Coleman is President/CEO of Middle Bay Solutions II, Inc., and has been working in the Information Technology and Engineering Services Industry for more than 30 years. Donna has a Bachelor of Science degree from Athens State University and has held a number of leadership positions within her community. Before starting Middle Bay Solutions, her professional work experience included the following positions: Product Marketing and Technical Support manager for Intergraph Corporation, Director/VP of Marketing for Sword Microsystems, VP of Marketing and Business Development for Palladia Systems and Deputy Business Development Manager and Small Business Advocate for SAIC Corporation.

Donna has held a number of leadership positions within the local Huntsville and NASA community.  She currently serves on the Board of the Athens State University Foundation, Energy Huntsville, and Choose Life of North Alabama and is an active member of the NASA Headquarters Industry Forum and NASA Small Business Executive Leadership Team.

She is an alumna of Leadership Huntsville Class 22 and currently serves as the Co-Chair for the Leadership Huntsville Class 32 Flagship program. 

 

Donna was named the Small Business Administration's Alabama Small Business Person of the Year in 2014. Married to Alabama native and business partner, John Coleman, they have two sons and two grandsons.
